Overview

This series of pumps is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmental centrifugal pump with 6 national patents. It has the advantages of high efficiency, wide range of performance, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.

It can be used to transport media containing solid particles (particle diameter is less than a quarter of the impeller flow channel), and can also be used to transport hot water by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the pump's flow part), sealing form and adding a cooling system , oil, corrosive or abrasive media, etc.

The operating temperature of ZD, ZDG, ZDF, ZDY, ZMD series horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps is -60°C ~400°C, and the materials are: HT200, QT600, JM3, 28# alloy, 304, 304L, 316L, 317L, 904IL , CD4, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B and other materials are available for users to choose.

Structural features
1. The impellers of ZD, ZDG, ZDF, ZDY, and ZMD horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are arranged symmetrically, which can basically eliminate the axial force, and the residual axial force is borne by a pair of back-to-back angular contact ball bearings. Because there is no balance device, that is, there is no disc friction loss of the balance disc and no balance return loss, so the pump efficiency is 5~14% higher than that of the same type of multi-stage pump, and at the same time, it completely solves various pump failures caused by the failure of the balance device. Greatly extend the service life of the pump.
2. High-end seals are adopted: traditional mining multi-stage pumps use packing seals, which have the advantage of being resistant to particles and impurities, but there are leakage problems during use. The mechanical seal has no leakage, but it is used in the medium with particle impurities, and the service life is very short.
